Mungindi Ginning is seeking expressions of interest from reliable, hard-working individuals to join our team for the 2026 cotton ginning season at our Mungindi processing facility.

 Season Details

• Expected start: Mid April 2026

• Expected finish: October 2026 (weather and operational depending)

 Rosters & Shifts

• Operations run 24 hours a day

• Rosters include:

  • 12 days/night on / 2 day off

• 12-hour shifts:

  • Day shift: 7:00am – 7:00pm

  • Night shift: 7:00pm – 7:00am

• Applicants must be flexible and capable of working both day and night shifts

• Award wages apply, including penalty rates and shift work allowances

• Books, Bags & Sample Operators

• Plant Cleaners

• Grablift Operators

• Moonbuggy Operators

• Feeder Bay Operators

• Weighbridge Operators

• Loader Operators

 What We’re Looking For

• Own reliable transport (essential)

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Commitment to workplace safety

• Ability to work the entire season

• Forklift licence and machinery/mobile equipment experience highly regarded
  (essential for some roles)

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen

• Must have the right to work in Australia without restriction

• Full site induction and job-specific training provided
