Mungindi Ginning provides employees with a safe and supportive industrial working environment. We currently seek expressions of interest from reliable, hard-working individuals to work at Mungindi Ginning Cotton Gin (processing facility) during the cotton ginning season.
 
The season is likely to commence in Mid April 2025 and is anticipated to run through to October 2025 depending on weather conditions and operational requirements.
 
Successful applicants must be flexible with availability. These operations are likely to run a 24 hour a day, 12 days on 2 days off roster. Shifts will be from 7am-7pm, or 7pm-7am. You need to be capable of working a roster that includes days/nights of 12-hour shifts. Pay is in accordance with the Award where penalty rates and shift work premiums apply.
 
Positions available include: Bag/Press Operators, Plant Cleaners, Grablift operators /Moonbuggy Operators, feeder bay operators, weighbridge and loader operators.
 
Fork lift licence and machinery/mobile equipment operation experience will be highly regarded and is essential for some roles. A full site induction and training is provided.
  
You must have the right to work in Australia without restriction and be confident of passing the company's pre-employment medical and drug screen.
